10. Kurt Hamrin 

Teams: AC Milan, Juventus FC, Napoli, Padova, and ACF Fiorentina

The late legendary Swedish striker is considered amongst the best goal scorers in Swedish football. Hamrin played for five different Serie A clubs in his career. He scored 188 goals in 400 Serie A games.

Team: Juventus

The former Italian legend was amongst the most deadly strikers who could thwart any defensive outfit with his speed and technique. Piero remained a loyal guard for Juventus, playing for the club for almost two decades.

Arguably one of the most experienced players in Serie A history, Di Natale played for Udinese Calcio for over two decades. Di Natale won the Golden Boot award twice and excelled as a winger, striker, and attacking midfielder. He netted 209 goals in 445 Serie A games.

5. Jose Altafini 

Teams: AC Milan, Juventus, and SSC Napoli

Altafini showcased tremendous technique with his skilful dribbling and the knack for building attacks. The former striker also played as a winger and attacking midfielder, winning the Golden Boot during the 1961/62 Serie A season. He scored 213 goals in 456 Serie A games.

4. Giuseppe Meazza 

Teams: AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus FC

The late Italian striker and Inter Milan manager dominated the opposition’s defence with his pace and intimidating runs. Meazza won the 1934 and 1938 FIFA World Cups with Italy and won the Golden Boot three times. He scored 214 goals in 367 Serie A games.

Teams: AS Roma and AC Milan

The late Swedish striker was known for his powerful goal-scoring abilities and counter-attacks. Nordahl won the Serie A trophy for AC Milan three times, while he won the Golden Boot award five times. He scored 224 goals in 291 Serie A games.

2. Francesco Totti 

Team: AS Roma

The former legend was amongst the most experienced players for AS Roma and Italy. Totti remained AS Roma’s most loyal guard as he played for the club for 24 years. Totti’s deceptive darting runs troubled the opposition’s defence. 

He won the Golden Boot during the 2006/07 Serie A season and the 2006 FIFA World Cup for Italy. He scored 250 goals in 618 games for AS Roma.

Team: Napoli

The late legendary striker was one of the greatest strikers for Italy and Napoli. Piola scored some wonderful goals with his speed and attacking runs. 

Piola won the 1938 FIFA World Cup for Italy. He was also awarded the Golden Boot. He scored 267 goals in 537 games for Napoli.
